Spinks Notary is led by Fiona Spinks, Notary Public, Solicitor and Commissioner for Oaths, a legal practitioner of more than 25 years’ experience.

Fiona’s professional expertise is diverse. As well as practising as a solicitor and notary public, Fiona has a detailed knowledge of professional regulation, compliance and quality standards having worked with the Law Society, the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority and local government.

In 2017, after years of legal experience in law firms based in London, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and as a Partner in a busy law team in Norfolk, Fiona founded Spinks Notary, a legal practice dedicated to notarial services.
